Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format customers can read and they tell us whether mail has been opened.

4.3 Where we obtain Personal Information without an individual’s knowledge (such as by accidental acquisition from a client) we will either delete/destroy the information, or inform the individual that we hold such information, in accordance with the UK Privacy Principles.

5.8 We may utilise third-pay service providers (such as SendGrid from SendGrid, Inc., and Intercom from Intercom, Inc.) to communicate with an individual and to store contact details about an individual. These service providers are located in the United States of America.

5.10 At Tubular, we value your privacy and are committed to ensuring the security of your data. We integrate with Google to enhance your user experience in the following ways:

● Email Scanning: Tubular uses the Google integration to scan your emails for sender and recipient information. This allows us to display the content of discovered emails within the app, facilitating seamless communication and accessibility.

● Draft Email Composition: With the Google integration, Tubular enables you to compose draft emails directly through the app. This feature streamlines your email management process and enhances your productivity.

● Email Sending: Tubular utilizes the Google integration to send emails on your behalf, ensuring efficient communication with your contacts. Rest assured, we take data security seriously and prioritize protecting your information.

Using the Google Integration no data is persisted relating to your emails in our systems - the data is fetched in realtime from Google with no storage or retention in Tubular's systems. Please note that any and all of the Gmail integrations can be enabled and disabled at any time from your Settings page.

5.11 Tubular's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
